These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theblueprint.ae and the services provided by The Blueprint AI Edition (“The Blueprint”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user and may not be shared unless covered by an organisation or team plan.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
2. Subscriptions, billing & refunds
- Paid plans (“Client” and enterprise tiers) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly or annual).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You authorise us to charge your payment method for renewals.
- You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded.
- We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable prior notice.
3. Content, licence & intellectual property
The Service and its content — including playbooks, tools, templates, insights, journeys, case studies, text, and design — are owned by The Blueprint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
- Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own internal business purposes.
- Templates and downloadable documents may be used and adapted within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or make them available to third parties as a standalone product.
- You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative platforms from the Service.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and inputs you submit (for example, assessment responses and workspace entries). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.
6. No professional advice
The Service provides frameworks, tools, and educational materials for informational purposes. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice, and it does not create a professional or advisory relationship. You are responsible for how you apply it and should seek qualified advice for your specific circumstances.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and perform maintenance, at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Service — including information, guidance, guidelines, frameworks, playbooks, templates, assessments, and tools — is provided for your own knowledge and general reference only. Any decision you make or action you take in reliance on it is made entirely at your own risk, and The Blueprint accepts no responsibility or liability for any outcome, loss, or damage arising from that reliance. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the content for your circumstances.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the UAE shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
